Business Riverland - Assisting local businesses to Unite, Grow and Prosper

The Business Riverland Inc website has just commenced its fourth year with Membership currently above 180 local businesses from throughout the Riverland and Mallee. The aim of Business Riverland continues to contribute to the sustainable economic development of our region through promotion, advocacy, support and development of its business members and partners.

With strong partnerships with Local, State & Federal Government agencies as well as key stakeholders such as Regional Development Australia Murraylands & Riverland, Business Riverland is keen to represent its member interests and ultimately give local businesses a united voice as well as contribute to a vibrant sector of our State.

Being membership based and a not-for-profit organisation, Business Riverland seeks to provide a vast array of promotional opportunities for businesses within our region, supported by a proactive Committee’s desire to simply ‘make a difference’ and show a strong interest in the welfare of each of its members. Basically, Business Riverland simply wants to be seen as "an arm of each of our Members.......almost like an additional employee".

Business Riverland’s theme is to "Unite, Grow and Prosper" as well as encouraging "Members to support Members". This is strongly backed up by the "Shop & Buy local" message currently seen through our two TV commercials on the WINTV network as well as on the airwaves of 801 5RM and 93.1 Magic FM.

While membership is paramount to the ongoing sustainability of the organisation, our Diamond Members of Business Riverland also provide excellent support on a day to day basis. Our Diamond members are Murray Pioneer, ABC Riverland Radio, 5RM & Magic 93.1, WINTV, WFI and SAPOL Riverland. Yes! SAPOL have shown its suppport of Business Riverland by becoming a Diamond member.

What else does Business Riverland offer? Quite simply, an opportunity to connect with other local, positive thinking business people.......owners, operators, managers, CEO's, employees as well as volunteers. Networking is a strong avenue for all to meet, greet and promote your business. If your business is located ANYWHERE in our region, you are invited to connect and become a member of Business Riverland.

Any Business that would like to connect with Business Riverland may do so by contacting the Secretary, Alex Milner-Smyth on 0439 095 404 or via email - secretary@businessriverland.com.au

Julie Hammond Conveyancing - Riverland & Mallee

A good reason to engage a local Riverland Conveyancer is that recent changes in land transactions require all parties to complete a verification of identity.

If your conveyancer is not able to have a face to face meeting and complete the verification of identity you will usually incur additional charges to have your VOI completed.

I will come to you anywhere in the Riverland, at your convenience and outside of office hours if required. Alternatively you can make an appointment to see me at 3 Drabsch Street, Loxton on either Tuesday or Thursday afternoons.

I offer you a quality service at a competitive cost with a written quotation provided, and your property transaction will be exclusively handled by a registered conveyancer with over 20 years experience.

Want more information? Phone Julie........0448 866 156 or go to www.jhconv.com.au
